Garage-Tune and RaceEquip

Posted in Garage-Tune LLC on October 8, 2009 by projectziptie

Garage Tune LLC just signed up with Racequip ( http://www.racequip.com ), a company that creates racing safety equipment (gloves, helmets, suits, shoes, etc).  This company isn’t all that huge yet, however they mfgr equipment that is used in a lot of circle track and oval track race cars.  It’s built to all modern safety specs and is priced far below other brands like sparco, takata, etc!

Because I’m a new vender for them, I get slapped on this “trial period” sort of thing, where if I can get an initial order of a certian size, I can lock my price in at a lower rate than if I can’t break that order size, and be able to give you all better discounts in the future.  So what I’m doing to try and meet/fill that initial order is giving you pretty darn close to my cost INCLUDING SHIPPING.  If I hit the limit that I’m looking for, I can continue offering these products at these prices, but if I don’t hit that number, then my prices on this particular brand in the future will be a bit higher.

The magic number for my initial order needs to be $550.00.  This shouldn’t be too difficult as a couple racing suits will push me past that, so if you guys have been waiting to buy some safety equipment, WAIT NO LONGER!  New brand, GREAT quality, amazing prices.  Go Go GOOO!

I have listed the more popular products below as well as the cost INCLUDING SHIPPING.  I will have this up here until Wed. the 28th of this month, at which time I’ll place the order (unless it’s met before then, at which point I’ll place it ASAP).  All purchases must be paid in full when you sign up.  I will contact you and give you payment info.  If you can’t pay me in cash, there will be a 3% + .30c charge to cover the paypal costs.  Normally I don’t nickle and dime people, but when I’m charging you pretty much my costs, I don’t want to end up eating 3% of every purchase.

Garage-Tune’s online Store

We at Garage Tune LLC do business a little differently. You won’t find a huge product list of everything we sell here on our webpage, and we don’t have any immediate plans on putting one up. As our company’s goal is to save you money, we have to save money and time where we can. To do so, we take a unique approach to business.

Most of the time when people want to do something to their car, it’s because they either saw the part online, or heard about it from a friend, and they already know what manufacturer and product they want to order. All they need to know is the price.

The way we like to do business is we like you the customer, to go out and find the products you want, make a note of the part number, and the MSRP, and have that money ready. When you’ve found all the part numbers, and you’ve got the total money in your pocket and ready to go, then give us a call, and we will run it all up, and give you a price. The price we give you will almost ALWAYS be below any other vender you find online. Why? Because we don’t need to hire 10 people to keep our webpage updated, we don’t have a store front with products gathering dust. We do business the most efficient way possible so that we can pass the savings on to you! So while it may not be the most convenient way to do business, I can promise you that we will almost always be able to save you money over any of our competitors.

Let me outline our ordering process step by step to make sure you understand.

1.Go out and find the products you want and note the manufacturer’s part number.
2.Make sure you have the money to cover the MSRP (usually listed on the manufacturer’s website).
3.Contact Us!
(We currently do not have a show room, but we’re working towards that. Until then we will be offering online sales. You can contact us one of two ways.

Email: sales [at] garage-tune [dot] com
Phone: 702-429-9345

Hours:
Mon – Sat 9am — 9pm
Sun — CLOSED
).
4.We will tally everything up, give you your price, send you a bill via paypal.
5.Once payment is received, we will drop ship you your products.
Like I said, because YOU do more work, YOU save more money!

To view the products we carry, please refer to the manufacturer’s websites listed below. We carry all current products from ALL of these manufacturers!
